Refund policy
MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY
We do not offer refunds.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of goods and services except in extremely limited circumstances as outlined in our policies. Only claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Prior to returning or requesting a refund or return, you must contact candyartmusic@gmail.com with your order name, order number, the reason for your email contact, information about the item and photographs of the item.
Do not return any items until your claim has been approved in writing, via email.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on printing a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without contacting and receiving prior authorization and approval from us first, will result in your return not being processed or accepted. Any items received without prior approval and permission will not be accepted at our facility and will be donated to charity. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
If your return is accepted . The order/item will be evaluated to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partially. In these cases, a return, refund,or replacement will not be possible.

Sealed Items - Under no circumstances may sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, be accepted for return due to health or hygiene reasons. Returned orders or requests for returns or refunds of face masks are not available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
Damaged, Mislabeled, or Defective Items - We pride ourselves on unparalleled product quality. That’s why all our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue.
Because all merchandise orders are personalized and created on-demand, unless the error is deemed to be on our part, items cannot be returned or replaced. No items will be refunded. This includes perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. Please contact candyartmusic@gmail.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please contact candyartmusic@gmail.com with your order name, order number, the reason for your email contact, information about the misprinted, damaged, or defective item, and photographs of the misprinted, damaged, or defective item.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier and the shipment is returned to our facility, you, the customer, will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned to our facility. If the shipment is returned to our facility, you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or the address of your choice (if and as applicable).
Returned by Customer - Do not return any items unless and until your claim has been approved by us, in writing, via email. You must contact us before attempting to return any products.
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
We do not refund or exchange for wrongly ordered sizes. Please refer to our sizing charts, available on each product page, prior to ordering.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on sale items.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on gift cards.
We do not refund or exchange due to carrier errors. If your item's shipment status is listed as delivered we recommend you contact the carrier or shipping service directly.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Notification for EU consumers - European Union 14-day cooling off period notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
- the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
- sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
